Good news for Little Black Bag fans: Little Black Bag has listened to the complaints, at least some of them. I was pleased to learn that some significant changes have been made to the exchange policy, which was a major issue for many LBB customers.
In short, you'll no longer be penalized when you do exchanges. With the older policy, you could trade up to a very high value bag and then if you decided to exchange an item, you'd get only a small fraction of what the exchanged item was worth. Your $100 handbag might be only worth a minimal amount of exchange credit...perhaps enough to get a pair of earrings if even that. Now, they have corrected this issue and made it simple: If you worked hard to trade up to a high value bag and you decide to send back a $100 handbag, you can pick out another item for that SAME retail value.
Other changes of note include no more fees for add to bag items, and that all LBBs will be charged as soon as they are opened rather than when they are shipped.
These changes are, at the very least, a step in the right direction, so it should show LBB customers that standing up and voicing their concerns CAN have an impact.
