Five Four Club , a mens subscription box from the
Five Four Clothing company, helps men build a quality wardrobe of menswear
essentials without having to actually shop for them.
Originally, the Five Four Club came to my attention in an
article on Time.com and it just seems like a perfect deal to me: They offer a simple way to "fill
your closet" for $60 monthly.
The style profile lets you choose from several options (business casual,
dress to impress, tee shirt and jeans) and then has you select colors,
sizes, whether you like solids/stripes/plaids, jean wash preference,
jean style, tee shirt style, and more. The whole quiz takes only around 5
to 10 minutes and it doesn't have to be repeated unless you feel like
making tweaks.

| Lounging pants: These fleece lounging pants, retail value $50, are so much more than "sweats" -- very heavy, and like all Five Four items that we have experienced they scream quality. They are extremely comfortable and have lots of great details. |

 |
| The legs on the lounging pants: They upzip so you can adjust how closely they fit the legs. These are the type of touches that really make these high quality clothes stand out. |
 |
| Sweater in grey: This sweater, retail value $55, is a fairly thin material that will look dressy as needed, but it can be used for casual wear too. Love the zip up neck and the feel of the sweater. I think the boyfriend will be getting a lot of wear from this one in coming months. Very nice piece, and perfectly fits with the style profile. |
 |
| Camo Logo Mug: This Five Four logo mug is charming, and it is now the proud property of my camo-loving nephew. Side note: I was very impressed that Five Four made sure to package the mug well and they even added a large "Fragile, Handle With Care" sticker to the shipping box. |
 |
| Schick Hydro 5 Razors (3 pack of 5-blade razors) and Edge Face & Body Shave Cream (full size): These razors are so awesome. Yes, they are supposed to be for my man but I stole one and I'm in love with the razor. They just don't make chick razors this awesome so I may be snagging the remaining two in the pack as well... |
This is probably the best Five Four box we've had yet (although that
stunning duffel bag they sent a few months back remains my favorite piece ever!). We both loved the high quality pieces, especially the lounging pants/sweats. The razors and shaving cream were a very welcome inclusion, and the camo logo mug was really fun to receive. These smaller items being added in with the clothes pieces made it feel more like a subscription box than ever before and definitely added to the enjoyment of unboxing!
