Elizabeth & Clarke Review: Women's Clothing Subscription Box Review!

In my last Elizabeth & Clarke review, I praised them for the pure timeless elegance of their shirts. The spring season shirts were so beautiful and well made that I had been wondering how they could possibly give us something as lovely for summer. Well, good news: They have actually managed to give us even more strikingly beautiful shirts this time around! This Elizabeth & Clarke review covers the Elizabeth & Clarke summer collection.

Elizabeth & Clarke releases a new trio of designer quality styles each quarter, and you can select one, two, or three shirts. The premium package, three shirts, is $60, the two-shirt package is $50, and one shirt of your choice is $30. All of the shirts are classic, elegant, and beautifully crafted. These shirts scream quality -- think of some of Ann Taylor's elegant essentials, or some of Calvin Klein's meticulously crafted shirts, and you'll have an idea of the type of quality Elizabeth & Clarke is. The shirts are sized in even sizes 00 through 14 (the photos in this review are size 6.) You can use their helpful sizing chart to determine the size for you.

The Ford: This stunning summer linen is so beautiful! This can work as anything from a swimsuit coverup to a gorgeous piece for a summer evening. It's 100 percent ramie cotton.

The Ford shirt snaps are easy to use and casually elegant all at once.

The buttons on the Ford shirt sleeves: These are the elegant details that I just adore on E&C shirts. Roll the sleeves up to take it from long sleeves to elbow length in seconds.

Gorgeous collar on the Ford. This will look perfect with a summer tan, cute accessories in the open neckline...

The Taylor: This off white micro poly shirt has a very silky soft feel and projects real casual elegance.

This Taylor shirt feels just like silk, but unlike silk it is made especially to be stain resistant and wrinkle resistant. Plus, it's easy care just like the other E&C shirts are. Machine washable and dryer safe.

This elegant large pocket on the Taylor has lots of drape, very much on trend with what the high end designers are doing in shirts today.

Taylor sleeve button detail: Roll the sleeves up and attach to the button or leave them long.

The Hurley: This black asymmetrically cut sleeveless shirt is made from a very silky soft feeling 100% cotton. This works with a simple pencil skirt and cute heels, but would work equally well with skinny jeans and matching ballet flats. Very versatile and I'll be wearing this all summer!

The boat neck and elegant flow of the fabric makes this a sophisticated pick for any outfit.
